Returns

To initiate your return peel off return shipping label and place on return shipping packaging.

Sale items are final sale and non-refundable, therefore return shipping labels are not included.

We happily accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached for either a refund, store credit, or a one time exchange. All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging they were sent with the tags and hygienic liners attached. All return requests must be made within 21 days after the date of delivery. The refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the returned package. We can only process a refund back to the original payment method and we charge a returns processing fee of $6.95 per return order and we do not refund any shipping fees.

Please make sure to include the original invoice with your return. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.

 

I am an international customer, what is your return policy?

This policy applies to any location outside of the US. We happily accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached for a refund back to the original payment method for the item returned. We do not offer exchanges for international purchases. We do not refund back shipping, taxes, or duties and we do not cover the return postage fees. If there is an active sale or marked down items, please refer to our sale return policy. All return requests must be made within 21 days after the date of delivery. The refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the returned package.
All scarves and accessories are items are final sale. Items that are purchased on sale are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged, and no exceptions will be made for any fit or sizing issues.

 

Exchanges

Standard exchanges please head to our returns and exchanges with Happy Returns. Standard exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase.

For non standard exchanges exercising The Open Door Policy please email info@laporteswim.com for available inventory.

Payment

LA PORTE accepts payment in the form of Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

A sales tax is only applicable and may vary per state address. 

Promotional discount codes may never be combined.

Shipping & Handling

**During the month of December please allow for 2-3 business days for order processing due to high volume**

Standard order processing is 24-48 hours from day of purchase.

Free USPS economy ground domestic shipping with purchases.

Free two day shipping for  orders over  $150.

Rates may apply for overnight or orders under $150.

Rates will apply for 5-10 day International ground shipping.

If you have a Chicago shipping address, you may be eligible for same day delivery. Please email info@laporteswim.com for this inquiry. 

At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, U.S Territories. Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled. La Porte ships to both U.S. and international addresses. To estimate the total delivery time for your order, please allow two business days for your order to be processed, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (UPS Standard Shipping (Delivered by UPS SurePost), UPS Next Day, International). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Overnight orders placed before 2pm EST will be shipped the same day as the order was placed. We only offer expedited shipping within the continental United States. Quoted international shipping fees do not include custom & duty fees. 

Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you. In the email, we provide you with a UPS tracking number. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at info@laportwswim.com
